XS-1B Fork Lowering

Hello!
Took a good look through the forums to see if the XS-1B forks could be lowered like the later models. As many of you know this is the Front wheel drum setup. Because of its odd inner bushing setup, I can't seem to find a way to lower these forks properly unless brought to a machinist. Some insight on how anyone has done this would be great. Not looking to lower the forks more then 1.5" even 1" would be sufficient to give it a better looking stance.
